At ProCare Health, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in original condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from your email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
